Offered on Monday from 1 - 3 PM EST:
We often look elsewhere for stories, oblivious to the fact that our lives are the most powerful stories we ever have come across.
Now, during this space in which we are practicing “the art of being fully human in a time of crisis,” we invite you to share and explore your stories.
Together, we are co-creating a space where the stories that need to emerge, can emerge and be heard.
We will begin, in our first session by gathering to share some stories from this time of “pandemic”:
What are some of the moments from your experience that stand out for you? That call out to be shared? As a preparation for the session, take some time to sit with this, maybe go for a walk, in nature if you can, and bring what arises with you.
We will facilitate an exploration to dive deeper into our stories as a group and learn from what emerges.
From there, we invite you into the option to journey through 4 more weekly sessions, as we evolve together in exploration of the stories of our upbringing, the stories of our society/culture that got passed along, the stories that move within us, and the ways we can or already are changing the stories that we live.
